Premium mountain sencha from the naturally managed plantation of Mr. Katagi. A select lightly steamed (asamushi) sencha from the wide range of teas that Katagi-san grows and processes himself. In his rendition, it is a pleasant middle ground – finer, rounder flavours softened by ageing.

Like all Asamushi teas from Mr. Katagi, this sencha is also suitable for ageing.
