Od té doby, co jsem začal pravidelně pít gyokuro jsem uvažoval o správných proprietách. Váhal jsem mezi shiboridashi a maličkatou konvičkou. Nakonec jsem si koupil obě.
Trošku sem se bál, jestli s tím budu umět pracovat. Mohu poctivě říct, že práce se shiboridashi je velice intuitivní a nijak sem nepocítil větší množství lístečků v mém šálku vinou mé nezkušenosti. Je to nádherná maličká konvička, perfektně mi sedí do dlaně. Radost s ní pracovat.

Nice shiboridashi, handy, small but with just the right capacity. It can prepare a sweet tea, without astringency. Highly recommended for a good preparation of gyokuro. It´s a must.
