Sayama Kaori is an interesting cultivar - fruity and floral in taste, slightly astringent but still delicious.
Initial berry aromas give way to floral notes on the exhale.

Souhlasím s Karolem, připravují ho podobně. Dává 3 velmi dobré nálevy a čtvrtý stále slušně pitelný. Skvělý poměr cena/výkon.

Vynikajúci čaj. Obvykle pripravujem 4 nálevy: 1 nálev - cca. 70 stupňová voda 1,5 min - sladké tóny, ovocitosť. 2 nálev - 75 stupňov a 3 nálev 80 stupňov lúhované po 10-15 sekúnd a 4. nálev 85 stupňovou vodou lúhovanie 1-1,5 min. stále výrazná chuť s miernou zvieravosťou a dlhou príjemnou dochuťou.
