Inzatsu is a very rare cultivar originating from Assam in India. Unlike most Indian cultivars, it is intended for the production of green tea. Inzatsu is the parent cultivar of Soufuu and Fujikaori.

The Kinezuka family are pioneers of organic tea cultivation in Japan. Since 1976, they have been growing tea without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers in the Fujieda area of Shizuoka Prefecture, with the goal of achieving the highest possible quality of tea leaves through natural methods. Under the leadership of Toshiaki Kinezuka, their family farm has become a centre for sustainable agriculture, inspiring dozens of other farmers in the region. Through careful soil stewardship and deep respect for nature, they produce teas with rich flavour and unique character.
