Where others teamakers use lower quality leaves to make fukamushi, Tamiko Kinezuka has decided to go in the opposite direction and shatter the stereotype with her mastery. The result is a delicious sencha that is distinctly velvety in taste. Thanks to the deep steaming, the flavours, tein and nutrients are better extracted.
