Newly brought back from the 2023 Autumn Expedition to Japan. My slight obsession with zairai tea was satisfied this time at the home of Mr. Yasue Hirotake from Shiragawa Village, where I came across his Zairaishu Sencha, which I found mesmerizing. Vigorous, yet smooth and full of life.
