A work of art by the renowned Tamiko Kinezuka, created exclusively for Rishe Tea – a deeply steamed fukamushi sencha with an accentuated final roasting hiire. Grown on the family farm in Shizuoka. Yabukita brings a full, round flavour that the deeper steaming further refines, while the hiire seals it with a warm, lightly toasted tone.
Hiire sencha is a style still virtually unknown on the market – and it is precisely this combination of fukamushi and hiire that makes it an ideal tea for the colder months: warming and without any bitterness.
