Above the naturally managed plantation of the Kinezuka family grow Japanese cedars. During the harvest, cedar twigs fell among the tea leaves, and even though they were sorted out during processing, they had already scented the tea – however, the result was so pleasant that the Kinezuka family decided to include this scented sencha in their regular offering.
