- All teas come directly from the farmers - the most passionate pioneers and founders of natural farming in Japan.
- We work closely together to spread awareness of the importance of respecting and working with nature.
- Personal acquaintances and friendships are the best insurance of quality.
- Unless otherwise stated (for example for kurodashi sencha, or archival gyokuro) the teas come from the freshest harvest.
- We have the teas packed directly in Japan in their original atmosphere-protected packaging to maintain the maximum quality
- We store premium gyokuro and matcha varieties in the refrigerator, and the rest of the teas in a temperature-stable warehouse.
