Gyokuro Zen Imperial - a luxurious gyokuro from the legendary tea grower and "gyokuro guru" Master Sakamoto.
Every leaf of this tea reflects the supreme mastery, passion and decades of work of Master Sakamoto. A gyokuro that captivates even the most demanding tea connoisseurs.
For the Japanese, the designation Zen carries a deeper meaning that goes beyond taste and aroma. It also represents a state of mind and an approach to tea, both in growing it and in drinking it.
Master Sakamoto's Gyokuro Tezumi Imperial is a tea for the most precious moments and the most honored guests. Tezumi is a path to the deepest secret of flavor and harmony, one that carries you to the very center of the tea universe.
Not long ago, the idea of tea of this quality reaching people without noble birth would have been completely absurd.
If drinking Kiwami can be compared to a touch of Heaven, then drinking Tezumi is at the very least a journey to the center of our Galaxy - the quality of this tea is also proven by the fact that Master Sakamoto supplies it to the imperial court. You can confidently serve it to your most honored guests - few people have ever had the chance to taste tea of this quality.
This gyokuro is very well suited for aging, and its quality will improve over time.
