Why do I claim such things? What is so special about my tea? Nothing but quality, natural cleanness and master production are the only secrets. My tea is those precious leaves, because of which fast ships were built, to send tea to the other half of the world. My tea is that elixir of life about which Lu Tchung wrote his poems.
That is the tea that grows in harmony with nature and it is processed by the best masters in the field.

Why Japanese tea?

Japan is my heart issue: Japanese approach, accuracy, loyalty for traditions, simple elegance and culture, that persists through the modern age. Japanese tea is my favorite and Japanese mentality is from all tea countries closest to me.

Why only natural tea?

Because of the taste, health, and spirit.
traveled across the plantations in China, Taiwan and Japan and had a good look. On the one side, there is a plantation full of life, part of the nature where tea bushes are cherished by smiling people for whom tea is more than a work. On the other side, there is a chemical plantation, where people in protective suits try to resurrect death soil with chemicals so something could grow there. When offering a cup of tea to somebody, I want to offer only the best.
Other and above, the taste of superior grades of natural teas is in its smoothness and positive effects much better than conventional teas.

And why the tea?

BECAUSE THE TEA IS MY WAY TO BRING A BEAUTY TO THE WORLD.

Inspirace

Obrovskou inspirací pro nás byl (a stále je) náš oblíbený dodavatel pan Toshiaki Kinezuka z Fujiedy.

Už v roce 1967 - dávno předtím než se stal pojem "organic" moderním trendem se rozhodl pro pěstovaní čaje bez pesticidů a chemikálií. Odvážně se stal průkopníkem v organickém farmaření. Doba tomuto způsobu velmi nepřála, chemické společnosti měli výrazný vliv na velké i malé pěstitele čaje. Toshiaki, dle vlastních slov - ovlivněn mimo jiné zneužitím chemických prostředků ve druhé světové válce, si vybral velmi trnitou cestu. Sám se postavil na odpor chemickým společnostem a nedal se přesvědčit výhrůžkami ani vědeckými argumenty. Z místní asociace pěstitelů ho kvůli jeho "nepokrokovým" názorům vyloučili. Kromě farmy musel chodit i do jiné práce, aby uživil svoji rodinu. Mnoho let to vypadalo téměř beznadějně, ale čas mu dal za pravdu. Na svou stranu si postupem času získával více a více farmářů a dnes s ním a jeho rodinou spolupracuje přes 26 farem. Jejich heslem je: Hito to No, Shizen wo Tsunagu Kai (spojení lidí, zemědělství a přírody).

Vrátili se k tradičnímu zemědělství, pracují v harmonii s přírodou. Pan Toshiaki a jeho rodina pěstují kromě čaje i vlastni zeleninu, pomeranče,. kaki. Stejně tak se snaží rozšířit tuto myšlenku dál. To co dělají, dělají s láskou a zapálením, odpovědností a je to na výsledcích jejich práce vidět. Jejich čaje jsou s každým rokem kvalitnější
